Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@norsealley.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@norsealley.com.
- Process: Follow the same process as returns to receive a replacement item.
Shipping Issues
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge.
