Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  1. All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
  2. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
  3. If we experience a high volume of orders or any stock issues, processing may be delayed; in such cases, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Within the United States

  1. We offer standard shipping to addresses within the United States.
  2. Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  3. Estimated delivery time (Standard Shipping): 10–14 business days from the date of shipment.
  4. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
  2. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which may include tracking information, if available from the carrier.
  3. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving tracking details for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates

  1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  2. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Addresses

  1. We currently ship to valid street addresses within the United States.
  2. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time, unless specifically stated on the product or checkout page.
  3. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Norse Alley LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  1. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated 10–14 business day window after shipment, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
  2. Norse Alley LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Damaged Packages

  1. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  2. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos of the box and items) and contact us within 48 hours so we can help file a claim with the carrier or arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Return Policy.

Changes or Cancellations

  1. Requests to change the shipping address or cancel an order must be made before the order has been processed and shipped (within the 24–48 hour processing window).
  2. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or cancel the shipment.
