Full description
Full description
The Viking, or Carolingian-era, sword developed from the Merovingian sword, itself derived from the Roman spatha through Frankish production in the 6th and 7th centuries. In turn it gave rise to the knightly sword of the high medieval period in the 11th and 12th centuries. This Deepeeka sword has a brass hilt and a real leather scabbard with a wooden core and brass fitting, and is the lowest-priced full-size sword in our range.
Class: Display and re-enactment. The blade is not tempered and the edge is unsharpened.
