This sword recreates a late Viking Age transitional pattern from the 10th to 11th century. A long, rounded iron pommel counterweights its long, wide blade, reflecting the era's shift toward heavier blade profiles as the Viking Age gave way to the early medieval period.

This is Deepeeka's earlier model of the pattern. It has since been followed by an updated version (AH7053) with a refined brazil-nut pommel and improved distal taper.
