Full description
The long seax, or langseax, was a single-edged fighting knife that grew in size through the Viking Age, and Jelling-style ornament marks the 10th-century Scandinavian art of the period. This Deepeeka longseax pairs a long single-edged blade with a bone grip for a historic look and a solid feel in the hand.
It makes a good companion to a Viking sword, or a display piece for anyone interested in the blade that gave the Saxons their name.
Class: Display and re-enactment.
